Straight arm pulldown
20kg x 20 reps x 3 sets
30kg x 10 reps x 2 sets


Assisted clock pullup
40kg x 10 reps x 4 sets

Seated back shrug and seated cable row
57kg x 10 reps x 8 reps x 4 sets

Deadlift
80kg x 8 reps x 4 sets

Machine rear delt flye
33kg x 20 reps x 4 sets
