PT #20 (Chest & Front/Side Delts)



Machine pectoral flye
54kg x 15 reps x 4 sets


Incline cable chest flye press and pushup
11.25kg per side and body weight x 15 reps each x 4 sets 

Incline barbell chest press and Incline dumbbell flye
60kg and 10 kg x 10 reps x 12 reps x 4 sets 

Machine decline chest press close and wide grip
20kg per side and 15kg per side x 15 reps each x 4 sets 

Machine pectoral flye
40kg x 10 reps x 10 sets, 30 seconds rest between sets 

Dumbbell lateral raise and dumbbell front raise
8kg per side x 10 reps each x 6 sets, 30 seconds rest between sets
